This Privacy Policy describes how Dcode Talent (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use dcodetalent.work, our pages, forms, communications (e.g., WhatsApp), and services (including onboarding and support for Chamet hosts).

Dcode Talent is a professional talent/agency platform that helps creators and hosts earn through Chamet. We provide onboarding, verification, training, and support; we do not own or operate the Chamet app.

This policy applies to dcodetalent.work, our forms and communications (e.g., WhatsApp), and services we offer to prospective and verified hosts, including payment facilitation and analytics.

3. Information We Collect

A) Information you provide

  • Identity & contact: name, phone number, email (e.g., Gmail), address, age confirmation.
  • Verification: face photo/selfie (no filters), government ID (if requested), any screenshots/photos for profile creation.
  • Hosting profile: photos, biography, preferences, availability.
  • Financial: bank/UPI details for payouts, cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask address), and related payout choices.
  • Communications: messages you send us (e.g., via WhatsApp), support requests, feedback.
  • Newsletter: your email and preferences when you subscribe.

B) Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, device type, browser, OS, pages visited, referring URLs, timestamps, and general analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

C) Information from third parties

  • Platform partners (e.g., Chamet) for onboarding/verification and account status.
  • Payment providers and banks for payout processing and fraud prevention.
  • Analytics and anti-abuse services.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services (e.g., while you are a host), meet legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data subject to our backup and archival policies.

Depending on your location and applicable law (including India’s DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or port your data; withdraw consent; and register grievances. We will respond to verified requests consistent with the law.

How to exercise your rights

  • Send a request to the contact(s) in Section 14 with sufficient details to verify your identity.
  • If you withdraw consent where it is required for onboarding/verification, some services may become unavailable.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us to request deletion.

We may process and store data in countries other than yours. Where required, we implement safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections and technical measures.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via the site or direct notice where appropriate.
